Im currently suffering from toothache caused by my wisdom teeth, which I'm waiting for dentist appointment. This gel has been a life and sleep saver!You only need a small amount applied to the gum area around the teeth that is giving you pain and it works almost in an instant. It lasts around an hour completely numb and wears off slowly. So it gives a good couple of hours in all. Highly recommend 100% if you have any type of tooth or gum pain.
