The Last Kingdom: The Complete Series [Blu-ray]

It’s been enjoyable watching this series again. One if the better series’s to watch.

Like Vikings, Edwardian History or great combat; then this if for you. I bought this before it moves from free streaming online to $'s per episode in the near future; especially since you can buy a blu-ray player for under $50.

The Last Kingdom is a fantastic Netflix. I came across this series by accident, started watching it and by episode 3 I did not want to stop. This is a well built show, you’ll find all the characters are very fleshed out and developed during their episode appearances. Characters go through challenges, great gains, losses and life long leadership. It took a while for me to finish the series because I’d watch two episodes on the weekends.Although this review is short, The Last Kingdom is well worth watching!

Absolutely loved this series on Netflix. I found this on sale during Prime Days for a great price. Definitely an awesome deal. I will enjoy watching no doubt.The packaging is another story, however. I found a few disks with fingerprint smudges all over them, seasons 4 & 5 were mixed together, and the case surfaces, including the disk holder had a greasy/oily coating on them giving it a dirty appearance. I almost returned the series until i found all the series disks and put them in the correct order. The case had a factory sealed plastic wrap upon arrival so there wasn't any reason to suspect tampering.All is good now, I cancelled the return and look forward to watching this awesome series.

The show's phenomenal. The case this show comes in is probably the cheapest, poorest way to store blu rays I've ever seen. So I guess I'll take a star off for that. Could they not have just put a little thought into it? I had two loose discs when I unwrapped it from the shrink wrap and discs overlap one another so if they spin the back would be rubbing against another leading to potential scratching. Plus the entire catalog is not secured inside of the case. You open it and you can take all of them out. It's weird, and cheaply made.

So far, we are very pleased with this set of the Last Kingdom. We have no problems yet with any of the DVD's. They were packaged well and good quality play. Very good price, too.
