Does this have exfoliating beads?

No this Cetaphil Body Wash doesn't have beads.  Please consider your cost, Cetaphil is a good affordable brand.
I am not fond of the pump, as it isn't the best,   IF you want a body wash or I even use it as a hand wash,
that is mild &  not soapy.
That's why my husband prefers, a bar soap, like Dove as it lathers
As far as beads go I've. used several  higher end sunscreens, with bead in them, so you need to shake before your apply.
