I recently had oral surgery and a lot of the swelling was caused by bruising. I used the heat attachment on the swollen jaw area and it gave much relief. I cool attachment to gentle on the eyes. Despite reviews that state the cool attachment gets hit, mine did not. Of course all get warmed up but not hot and I only use the lower levels anyway.

I bought the Therabody Face with the Theragun. Both are excellent but I especially love the face, I also bought the cooling and heating pieces which cost extra but worth it. Spending 5 minutes per day has my skin looking better already. I'd recommend this for anyone looking to improve their daily face routine, it's worth it!

The cold ring gets cold for 30 seconds but then gets warm very quickly

I purchased the TheraFace PRO attachments while dealing with a sinus infection, and they really helped reduce inflammation and pain. I do wish the heat attachment included percussive therapy, and that the cold attachment was shaped like the contoured heat one. I'm excited to see how these attachments help improve radiance and reduce puffiness once I’ve fully recovered.

When using the cold adapter, the top of the gun heats up. Presumably, it is too small to crest much heat. Or cold is a strain on the mechanics.

Heats up and Cools fast. Does seem to effect the battery life more than anticipated.Comes in really nice case to hold both attachments. Highly recommend.

The hot ring design needs improved upon. It does get nice and warm but the shape and how it’s hard to glide needs fixed. The cold therapy is a joke! I have better results using a cheap roller you freeze. Very disappointing!!!!

I do love this feature however my cold ring gets very warm around the outside. Making it not so cold for very long. Still overall relaxing.
