Brought these black seed oil capsules as someone recommended them to help with bloating and help to go toilet I can honestly say they have helped the strength is perfect relieved the pain no taste to them and great value for the money they have helped to settle down my gut and help it to flow better and there is no pain anymore which is amazing I take this capsule after dinner in the evening would highly recommend these .

I take one of these a day and I never get sick. Is it these or are they a placebo and I'm just lucky / I don't know but 100% get less cold sores since taking them

To be honest I didn’t find any differences before and after taking them, it’s been a while I have been taking them but no difference. It might be helpful to others.

I can not do a review at the minute As just started them I would think you have to be on them for two or 3 weeks before Seeing any results.

Started taking almost 2 years ago. I am someone who often did not sleep well through the night due to tossing and turning. I usually take my vitamins at night & this was no exception. By third night I was sleeping solidly through the night. When I don't take it tossing/turning returns. This has been my personal experience. Secondly, my lab work was markedly improved; cholesterol, glucose, Chem 7 all blood work showed significant improvement; all within normal limits. 2 years on just had labs drawn in May, few months ago, still all within range. There is no aftertaste, no stomach upset, no smell, the gel capsule EZ to swallow. This is my personal experience, not a paid prom. I recommend 100%; what's to lose vs. what you might gain?
