This is my first time taking PrimeMD and so far the effect has been huge. I have a noticeable increase in my libido, general stamina, and mental clarity. I’m not sure which ingredient it is, but this is the first maca product I’ve seen that includes both Ashwagandha, DHEA, AND Maca, which I’m a big fan of. I was torn between taking a pure maca root supplement or taking this one, but after reading the reviews and the benefits of each ingredient included, I’m glad I went with this option. If anything changes, I’ll update my review in a few months. But so far, so good!

I noticed an instant difference in my energy and focus with utilizing this product. I've heard great things about Ashwaghanda but I think the combination of this formulation is the key(Maca root, DHEA, and black pepper for absorption. The ease of taking it in the morning due to it being a capsule allows for easy swallowing. It also has a serving size of three capsules, I noticed a difference with one so I'm using it accordingly. I will update in a few weeks to really see the difference as I increase in the amount I take daily.

I don't want to give this any stars since I don't know if it is effective or not, but I had to give it something so 3 is what it gets. I wish I had looked at customer photos of the bottle (I normally do!) before I purchased (and am now stuck with because I can't return it). I'm not sure why the stock photos don't show the additional ingredients, such as magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide - both are fillers that you don't want in your body. I'm bummed, because the ingredients appear good otherwise. Updated stock photo of ingredients would be helpful!

I did some research on natural supplements that can help during perimenopause and this contains several that I found reputed to be helpful. It’s hard to say exactly how much this helps as I take several other supplants with it as well, but I do feel better when taking it. Smells nice when opened and I feel like it’s a quality product. I’ll continue purchasing and using.
