It’s nice but it didn’t come in a box they were just wrapped in bubble wrap.

Package arrived on time and everything in place. No damaged pieces. And I had a extra piece in it too!

Overall I like the pieces, but unfortunately they arrived wrapped only in bubble wrap, no foaming package as advertised.

I believe I have finallyyyyy purchased the real gua sha, It works well and gently slides through the skin!

Good quality .... received very soon

The product is very good, but it was only wrapped in a thin film and delivered in a plastic bag and a part was broken. So I can only use three out of 4 parts, which is unfortunate and you cannot request a replacement or refund for this product. This means I am stuck with the defective product and will not receive a replacement. Nevertheless, I am happy about the other 3 parts that are not defective. It was still a very cheap offer, but it would be wise to package the delivery securely so that the customer receives the goods undamaged. If a part hadn't been delivered defective or I had received a replacement, I would have given it 4 stars. If the packaging was secure and decorative I would have given 5 stars. Packaging and safe delivery of a product are also important.

Love it. Perfect. Stone is smooth, well polished, high quality, and material is authentic (natural). I use it daily and wash it daily with soap and very hot water and have No issues. Feels great. I highly recommend. I had no issues with shipping, product was packaged well, no cracks, no damage, all good.

The set itself looks and feels good. But it arrived without the Instructional booklet (which was promised!), without individual bags or any individual bags, and without the promised Unicorn's gift. Just five massaging tools in one small cardboard box, not even wrapped individually. It was a great surprise that the massaging tools are not damaged.

It’s super good material, it feels like very real hard stone and when you apply it on your skin even lightly, it does some deep work! My dark circles went away almost instantly and my neck skin is much more tight, I only have 1 line now (use to have like 4). Also, I have anemia and usually feel cold, but after I tried it on my back, it bruised well and I think it increased my circulation since I feel warmer. These tools are really nice for everyone!
