After a couple emails back and forward my issues were solved. I did not want to have to send the camera back, so I very much appreciated them helping with my questions and issue. It was just a software setting.The camera works great. It does exactly what I need. - Loop record video when driving. Easy to setup and to use. It powers up / down automatically with the car, so once setup and connected nothing needs to be done. If you want to watch a recording you can do that on the camera or pull the memory card out and watch it on the Computer. The field of view angle is wide enough and I can make out license plates of passing cars on the video.
