Are they suitable for loose trainers?

I'm not sure what you mean by loose trainers... but yes if u want your shoes or trainers to be tight... they do the job right...

What are the child lengths? There is only a picture showing the length of the 16pc adult option.

They were great, wife loved them, good value for the price.

Can you get them out without breaking them?

It depends on the eyes on the shoe/trainer, I have removed them before but they also ripped out the eye on a canvas trainers. Also just like elastic bands they can get brittle after a long period of wear and tear (I’m talking a year+). I hope this helps.
