Only had it a couple of days but so far it works great. Easy to install. Keeps room cool and comfortable. Its not loud and love that it comes with a remote.

Product was a lot bigger than I expected but I didn't check for demensions and it wasn't a big deal. The air conditioner came well packaged and secure. The carriers did a good job too not damaging the item. It was easy to set up and get going too and has made a big difference in our home. I give the item a 5 star it is well worth it and you can definitely feel the difference with it on. I live in Kansas and this time of year can be hot and humid. Bought this to give my AC a boost on cooling down the living room. Great product! Would buy another one for sure.

The air conditioner works well to cool down my bedroom. My grandpa does not have ac in his house so it is hot and humid. Because it is humid this air conditioner required drainage ALOT. I was emptying the machine every 2 hours. But now I have a hose draining into a bucket that needs empty every day. It’s makes a lot of water when it’s humid. But it does cool the room down.

I bought this yesterday for the bedroom and right before a heatwave. It's currently 97degrees with a real feel of 105 at 5:30 pm and it's supposed to be even hotter the next couple days. It works great and blows really cold air. It says it only goes down to 64 but it feels colder and high, medium and low and auto. It has really good airflow and the top can ocilate up and forwards and can stop in either position. The only issue I had was the vent hose was broken open on one end but some duct tape fixed that.

Where to start? This is a "new 2022 model" Had to pay the neighbor kid to haul the box up the stairs to unpack. The unit is well packed. That is the only thing good worth mentioning. Opening the package - the stench of fresh China plastic chemicals made me physically ill and an instant migraine. Opened the widow with a fan blowing outward/outside. Thank goodness it was the spare room and not in the bedroom! It took about 3 days for the smell to dissipate to roll the beast into the bedroom. Wheels work. How is this California compliant...other then they want to ship them out of California? The App: Is useless. It wants you to change/reconfigure your whole house system to 2.4 when everything is working great on 5g. The app wants ALL your permissions: location, camera, microphone etc..intrusive to say the very least. Probably so they can clone your phone. Nope. Hard pass. Installation: Is an arts and crafts project. First things first, wrangle the unit on a large baking sheet pan with a XL pee-pad taped to it, just in case and tighten the drain knobs! (not my first rodeo with these but will be my last) The vent hose leaks at both of the connections and where it slides into the unit, which in turn puts hot air into your room. Counterintuitive. This was remedied but putting blue painters tape on as I kind of knew this thing wasn't going to work after the app situation but carried on incase it actually worked. Unit: Only the turbo mode seems to work and now that is also questionable Sleep mode is a joke. It cycles on high or shuts off, wakes you up then goes back to low where it's supposed to be. THEN it shuts off completely and beeps with all the lights lighting up. Seriously a very expensive alarm clock that I don't want after not sleeping the allotted 8 hours because of all the noise! The lights do dim but not enough so I put a dark sock over the display. The unit does not cool a small room...not even close and will cycle all night even after being on turbo for over 3 hours with the door closed. (this was during a dry non-humid spell) Remote: At first I thought this was going to be great. Wrong again. The "follow me" feature failed right away. It automatically turns off when you activate turbo mode. It never reads the true temperature as stated by the manufacturer. It only reads the temp you set it at. Within less than a week, most of the "features" that did work are failing. There is no dimming light or backlight on the remote, so you have to look on the unit itself to make sure of what you adjusted. Dumb! Conclusion: If you want a very expensive 8 hour alarm clock...this is your beast! It's doesn't cool even a small room and getting worse by the day. The app doesn't work on a "new" 2022 year model. It physically stinks for 72+ hours. There is a reason these are always on sale...they are fresh off the boat poison smelling garbage! Reverse packing it up was amazingly easy! It didn't hardly pee at all. I was shocked. I did buy some heavy duty shipping tape so the UPS guy doesn't hate me. It was honestly easier to get back IN the box. It slid down the stairs just fine but I have it waiting on a pee pad just incase. Ready for pick up! I will update on the refund situation. But I hope more that you read this review first. THIS A/C IS AN EPIC FAILURE ON ALL LEVELS. JUST PASS!!!

Our unit was properly installed in the garage with no snags or bends in the output hose, directly into an output pipe through the wall, no bends. Our garage is partially insulated on the walls and typically keeps heat/cool air inside, overnight. The unit appeared to work the first two (2) days we had it. Then we went on vacation for 2 weeks, where it sat unused. Upon return it stopped working normally. I can verify nothing disturbed it since we have motion detected video cameras in there. When the unit is in cool mode it outputs 61 to 66 degrees. BUT THEN after ten minutes it will shut off and only circulate air at near room temperature. (I.e.. Room was 82 and laser thermometer was reading vent output at 78 to 81 degrees. Then randomly 20-40 minutes later, it will kick back in to the 61+ cooling mode again. I've tried setting the temp anywhere from 65-77 and makes no difference. Maybe this behavior is normal, but there was nothing I could find in the manual suggesting so. Takes 12 hours to cool the room 10 degrees, i.e. from 85 to 75 overnight. Can not keep up with heat in day. Loses two (2) degrees per hour. If room is 75 at 7AM it will be 85 by 12 noon. We plan to add a roof fan in the attic there to see if that helps. If not, since we're past our 30 day return, we'll be eating the cost and buying something else. PROs Looks nice, light weight. App easy to use. Moderately quiet (for an air conditioner.) CONs Does not cool a 340 sf garage with 7ft ceiling (no vehicles.) Will not run in COOL mode unless the room is already at 85 degrees or less. Can not keep room cool as the temperature outside rises in the day. App does not display correctly on Samsung A53 phone. You can only read the first digit of the temperature as the second digit is off screen, making it pretty mush useless other than to power on/off. App would not associate with our Alexa, after 4 hours of attempting (and I am a 20 year IT pro.)

This AC unit is wonderful! Easy to setup and cools my main area perfectly. Very quiet. Highly recommended for spaces 600 square feet and below

It worked great for 2 years but unfortunately doesn’t work anymore. Air comes out as humid and the fan turns on in cool mode. The air no longer comes out cooling. The first 2 years of it working worked perfectly! Given that I only used it during the summer, I was hoping that this AC unit would last longer.

Easy to setup and works great. The ability to control it using your phone is a nice feature. Also customer service is top notch

Using the unit in a 12 X 12 bedroom and it effortlessly cools the room quietly the remote works fine I haven't used the phone function so I cannot comment. I highly recommend this air conditioner for small rooms.

It is rattling. And not. Blowing out cold air. 12000 Btu air conditioner should be doing. Further I think the delivery guy. Might have dropped it more than once. Have since returned the product and have taken pictures to ensure that the product is in good and excellent condition before leaving my premises
