I have limited time for healthy exercise. I have blood type O+ which makes my body highly acidic, so much so that it breaks down sugars and carbs very quickly. This causes my body to produce and extraordinary amount of insulin that lingers in the blood stream a long time. The end result is that I have developed a cellular resistance to insulin which can lead to high blood pressure, acid re-flux and obesity all the while my body cells are starving for nutrients.
