I've used this for months now for a mix of things and it works great every time! The steel makes the food a bit more prone to stick, but not too badly, and its plenty easy enough to clean. Seems like its built like tank too. Very solid handle and pot! Its pretty tough to scratch or mark up too, even if you're being a bit lazy with metal utensils >.>

This saucier is a terrific buy. I love the weight and even heating.

This this is a perfect size for single serve things or a couple of eggs you want to scramble.. or a can of soup.. or beans.. etc Very quick to preheat (which you must do.. don’t skip!) Top ramen, a couple eggs for breakfast, etc etc.. small but very useful. Pic is of it in the background. Closer pot is the Misen 4qt every day use pan.. also highly recommended.. about same height walls as this one but 8” cooking surface on top of that..

Fantastic, super solid build quality and it has some heft. Great at retaining heat and even heating is a huge point with this cookware. I have Hestan Nanobond pans and some Made In pans. They are great. This fits right in there with them as my saucier. Truly a great value at any price. Buy it.

I'm a big fan of Misen knives and kitchen utensils so I figured I'd give these a shot after watching WAY too many hours of YouTube videos on stainless steel sauce pans! These pans are LEGIT! They are definitely high quality, sturdy, cook phenomenally and clean up easily! They are on the heavy side so be prepared and workout your forearms! The lids are great the handle on the lid doesn't get TOO hot but I always do a quick test before picking it up bare handed! The handle on the pot itself definitely does a great job of dissipating heat so I've never had to use a towel or glove to handle the pot!

My go-to cookware is usually All-Clad. However, the All-Clad saucier was way too expensive and I found this one on Amazon. I was impressed with the weight of it and the fact that the cladding was completely through (not just a disk on the bottom of the pan). I like the slope of the sides and the handle is at an angle that fits comfortably without having to reach. If you make a lot of sauces or gravies, a saucier pan is an absolute MUST! The sloped sides allow you to stir and whisk without sauces getting stuck in 90 degree corners and burning or clumping. I understand that pans and pots of this quality are a bit pricey - however, as someone who has cooked for over 50 years, I can truthfully say that pans and pots like this are the LAST ones that you will ever need. They literally last a lifetime as long as you care for them properly. Because the cladding is all the way up the sides (and this is important no matter what brand you buy), the pot will always heat evenly and disperse the heat throughout whatever you are cooking. This makes a HUGE difference in the ease and quality of your cooking. I give this pan an A+

This pan is amazing! I heat it for a couple of minutes on medium heat and it is every bit as non-stick as any chemically treated pan. And it will last for many years! It seems heavy when you first pick it up, but on the stove, it is perfectly balanced. I've made a beautiful omelette in it (with spinach and mushrooms) and I've made a mushroom sauce in it, for salisbury steak. It performs so well--goodby "non-stick" pans, I am not going back!

I use it every day and have great results every time Provides and maintains an even heat, no hot or cold spots, great for sauces, caramels, syrups etc Love the rounded sides, perfect for cooking, stirring or whisking, no drips sticking or burnt results Lit fits perfectly and the handle stays cool, very easy to clean and maintain Looks great too Only one thing This stainless steel pan is taking damage (light scratching) from my stainless steel whisk. It seems a little softer steel than I expected Otherwise AWESOME

Second product from Misen, second that was damaged… This one got the handle chipped. At this price, it’s not acceptable to not have a perfect product.

The best pot you could ask for. Was skeptical before ordering but now thinking I should have gotten sooner. Great size, great weight
