Can this be used along with wheat flour in a recipe for making bread...

For corn bread you need corn meal which is much coarser and a deeper yellow colour… This is a much finer grind, it is Mesa which is used to make corn tortillas for tacos and burritos

Will it have any traces of wheat, barley or rai?

I don’t know but I put mine in the bin as I didn’t like the flavour of this. I use gluten free all purpose flours now & follow recipes from people like Becky Excell for wraps & breads (much cheaper too)

Is this product nixtamalized?

The product page doesn't say how it was processed, just that it is pre-cooked. I've used this to make tortillas, and it works perfectly
