I use this almost every night with my son. He has autism and usually has a lot of energy. This helped me get into a healthy routine with him. I talked to his doctor and she approved it. Also I take it too sometimes when anxiety hits too hard. It makes me sleep like a baby. It’s really effective. I have bought it like 6 times and will continue doing so. I've ordered other brands of Chamomile, and I love them since I can take them without diluting. DO NOT TRY taking directly in mouth. AWFUL. It does say to dilute, so I bought this as an emergency because I could not get my favorite brand quick enough. I do not know if it will work as well because I just cannot get past the terrible taste (EVEN when diluting.) SO d.isappointed
