**Q: will this product work for stabilization between clay soil and gravel under concrete patio?**
A: Regarding this Geotextile Fabric, laying a cloth on top of the clay prevents the clay from escaping

**Q: What is the UV rating on this fabric?  Does it have to be covered by mulch in garden applications?**
A: Not sure about UV rays on the fabric but I would recommend covering with mulch.

**Q: can I place it above weeds or Do I have to weed first?**
A: You should at least mow down the weeds to give you a uniformed bases. The lanscape fabric will then smother the weeds from there. Also, use plenty of lanscape fabric staples to secure the fabric in place as well.

**Q: how many years can this item prevent weeds from growing under this fabric topped with gravel?**
A: It's roadway under layment very heavy I would say indeafnetly as long as dirt does not build in your grade so do your best ti keep muddy vehicles off your road an you should be good to go

Really a nice texture for weed barrier. I am using it for under rock and was told to use a non-woven. I also purchased a different brand because I also needed 4 foot. The other brand was very disappointing compared to this one. I ended up buying another roll of this instead! Excellent price - excellent quality!
