It has a variety of programs to choose from. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I found many useful tidbits of information *by S***5 on October 31, 2016* Fusion Workouts: Fitness, Yoga, Pilates and Barre by Helen Vanderburg is a helpful book for someone looking to implement a variety of exercises into their daily routine. I was impressed by the flexibility of the workouts with the ability to manipulate the recommendations to fit into your personal schedule and exercise needs. The appendices were a quick shortcut to get to the meat of the book if you are already familiar with the basics of the four styles of exercise. I was not familiar so I read through the book from the beginning to the end. I found many useful tidbits of information. The pictures were well documented showing examples of what to do and what not to do. In addition the make your own charts in the back would come in handy if you find a set of exercises you like to do and want to be able to repeat them without flipping through various pages. I haven’t been able to do the exercises but they look manageable for someone like myself, who is only slightly sedentary and would like to be more active.
