It was very easy to install. Looks great and feels sturdy. There is no jumping around on the road no vibrations. Seems well made. This will be first year for it in the snow so really can’t say on rust wise. I’m in the northeast. The fit is perfect and the thickness of the metal seems great. Better than others I’ve had in other vehicles. This one is full boxed. Others I’ve had were not an felt very cheap. I bought this just in case I encounter another deer. Hopefully I time but just in case. Just make sure you read the directions first unlike me. I’m glad I stopped half way through and did read. It saved me a lot of trouble. You resuse the tow hook mounting brackets. I’d buy again if need be.

I purchased this Bull/Brush Bar because its compatible with my 2013 Ford F-150 FX4 EcoBoost truck. It arrived a few days earlier than expected. I was hesitant to buy it since I am a woman & I was going to install it myself. With that being said, I am 100% positive it took me a lot longer (5.5 hours) than it would've taken a man, since the majority of time was used removing the tow hooks with the wrong tools. I did spray WD-40 on them everyday for a week prior to receiving the bar, if that helped IDK I still had trouble taking em off, but once they were it was a breeze installing the bull bar. It went right into the tow hook slots. I did need another person to hold it in place while I bolted it down. It says you can paint the under plate, but I kept it red. The only thing I don't like about this is how my front license plate looks hanging where it's designed to go...I ended up putting it on my bumper where it originally went, but it's partially blocked. I will keep it there until I'm told otherwise. 😉😉 All in all I would recommend buying this.

It's easy enough to install and looks pretty good but is not very solid at all. It will do what I wanted it for to mount a bar light on. It's not going to do anything to protect the front of your truck in an impact and may actually make a light bump worse if it bends back into the grill.

It is surprisingly strong, someone backed into my truck while I was at work. This thing withstood the impact like a champ. I am very thankful this thing took minimal damage. It shattered the guys tail light! Serves them right because they ran off! I am kinda sad that it’s not clean anymore. That was sad to come across because it looks really good!😢
