Part was correct and functioned.
I was disappointed with the shipping. Item came with alignment pins broken. Supplied filter was dirtier than the one being replaced. But all WAS usable. The vehicle's DTCs were corrected and operates as new. Compared to Dorman, the price was very advantageous. I would purchase again with reluctance.

Worked Perfect for two weeks
Ordered this for my 2008 Ford Sport Trac. Works perfect. Truck is back on the road at a fraction of the price of O'REILLY'S. They wanted 700.00 Update... The part failed two weeks after install. Total waste of money and labor time.

Solenoid received broken (not in shipping)
1st solenoid purchased from DJ tans parts had shorted thermistor (should have been identified in the reconditioning process). Had to return and order another one. The second one was received in bubble wrap fully protected but broken with only 1 rubber seal ring!! (See picture) This did not break in shipping as the other seal ring or broken pieces were not in the box! Buyer beware. Don't waste your time with this seller.

They stand but their product and were easy to work with.
First part was defective. Customer service was good they exchanged the part and shipped part same day. So far works great.

Item arrived well packaged. Was installed and worked flawlessly. Car is running and shifting fine, no issues. 2007 Ford Mustang 5R55S transmission

Item was as described
The product was as described axact oem replacement, worked well biggest problem I had is and( I think I should get a percentage refunded)!!!! It might have been remanufactured but I had to spend 1/2 hour cleaning all the metal shavings out of it!!!!
