Mr. Bar-B-Q Mesquite Wood Smoker Chips were such a good buy! Clean smoke and a good burn time. Perfect for my ribs and chicken. Worth every penny spent, even though I didn't spend a lot! I tried two different ways to use these guys: soaking some in water and just adding them dry. The soaked ones were more durable and lasted longer than the others. These chips were easy to use by handfuls, and the meat came out just like I like it!
