Very nice! Bought this for my bathroom remodel. Can’t beat the price. It does have some water stains pretty early on, not sure how to prevent this. But looks and feels very fancy

Have had installed (professionally) for 2 months and it leaks horribly from the connection between the head and arm. Also, I can not figure out how to contact the company so it seems I have lost.

I'm editing to say the seller reached out and gave me a new part. My plumber said the part did not break but it looked like a strange defect that he had never seen before with a little pinhole. My new part is fine and watertight:-) I've updated to Four Star. It would have gotten five had I not had the initial problem it really is a beautiful piece with excellent water pressure.This product is beautiful I loved it upon installation. A few months later I noticed leaking in my basement. When the plumber looked he said it was a cracked mixing valve. I cannot figure out how to get a hold of the seller or the company to get a replacement. I'm hoping to get some help by writing this review so I can update it to higher stars because it really is beautiful. It was difficult to find a way to get a hold of customer service but once engaged they were very responsive and helpful.

Just the best after 2 years still awesome

Después de 3 años, el color negro se desprendió, apareció óxido en algunos lugares.Tengan cuidado, el selector de agua fría o caliente no tiene un punto intermedio para regular la temperatura. Sí lo mueves 1 mm a la izquierda o a la derecha, sale agua súper caliente. No tiene punto intermedio dónde se puedan juntar ambas entradas de agua para ser reguladas.

Mauvaise qualité, douchette coule de partout. Très déçu

Plus le temps passe plus le noir du tuyau s’en va. C’est malheureux parce qu’il fonctionne super bien, mais esthétiquement parlant ce n’est plus beau.

Cheaply made, not a satisfying shower experience. Almost just dribbles out. The handheld kept falling out or twisting on its own.
