How do I know if I need the 9 volt or the 12 volt adapter for my Medela pump?

Look at the front of your breastpump (the face plate),the pump has the appropriate voltage very clearly marked on the front where you plug it.

Is this compatible with the medela pump in style with max flow?

I have the Mandela pump in style and it worked with that but I’m not sure about the newer pump... if it had the same outlet, then yes!

When it says do not use in truck, does this mean any trucks? I have a chevy avalanche and have some longer trips that i want it for

Please check the location of the cigarette lighter in your car. If it is marked as 12V, this power supply can be used. This adapter cannot be used in truck with a 24V power port.
