I sometimes take half a dozen at night and wake up to solid bowel movements. Taking a few every day for good bathroom results. This does wonders for loose bowels, constipation and queezy stomach. Drink more water when you wake up to ease the action. It feels great too.

Love these enzymes
I used to buy the papaya enzymes all the time from a local GNC store. So this was not my first purchase. However I moved, so the closest GNC store is 30 minutes away. So to save myself some time, gas, and the hassle of driving that distance just to buy the enzymes, I decided to look on amazon. I was very happy to see that I could order them online and for a little less from what they sell for at the store. Same great quality without the hassle. I take them 30 minutes after each meal. They work great!! My digestion has never been so “Regular!” I use to go several days at a time before I was able to use the bathroom. When taking these enzymes daily, I am able to go as often as I take them! I did try another brand that had a mint flavor to them, and did not like them at all. I decided to stick with what I know, and have not purchased another brand since. Highly recommend these enzymes. They are very effective and have a pleasant sweet taste. They are chewable tablets, but are definitely not comparable to the nasty chalky consistency of tums.
