Not what you think
The sand box was cool , the kids loved it . Quality wasn’t that great. Big enough for 2 BUT!!!! it attracts creatures! We had it covered and bugs still got in . The kids used it a few times now it just sit. Painted nice but It’s not very sturdy . Not waterproof , wouldn’t recommend . Sand boxes Requires a lot of maintenance also

Nice
This is the cutest! Beautiful color. Sturdy. Some of the wood was split in a couple areas but didn't want to go through the hassle of returning so we made do with wood filler. It was easy to put together after watching the video. The directions weren't as clear to me. Definitely need a 2nd person to hold a piece or two while screwing in because it's awkward to do by yourself

Not meant for longevity
Update: after a month I can say I would NEVER buy this item again. It has literally almost fallen apart and my grandbaby has only been in it a few times. The top does not stay screwed tight so will randomly slide down, even when someone is inside of it. I weatherproof it and even with doing that the wood is splintering and the seat has came off one side. This was a total waste of money and I now need to find another sandbox. I purchased this sandbox prior to doing some research so I take some responsibility on a not so great purchase. Right out of the box you can feel how dry and brittle the wood feels (so brittle as one pice snapped in my hand with very mininal effort - this was fixed with wood glue and screwed down in place later) I knew it was not weather treated so I went to look at reviews which led me to the store to buy a waterproofing stain. Considering certain pieces are already assembled it is very hard to get in-between to make sure all got coated well. Once assembled it felt very flimsy and still only took one person to move to its location fully assembled. The liner for the bottom and the tarp for the top are made of the same material and I feel is ok but will not hold up to weather for long. So in the end I would have sent this product back but I was in a time crunch so kept it, I do not feel it will last long out in the weather, and the materials are just not great.

Really hard to put together. Made me cuss a time or two but my kid loves it.

Would buy again!!
The grand babies love it. I like the lid the keep critters from getting in it and using it like a litter box. The little bench seats are perfect. It is easy to assemble.

Cheap material and hard to put together
It is kinda cheap material and it is hard to get together had to look up a video. My daughter is only 30lbs and she cracked the wood on the bench by sitting down. Ugh. Was a easter gift but next time I will just go simple. The top is not that stable while its up..
