Will the nurse/Dr scrub top fit my 6 year old who is 50+ lbs?

I bought this toy as a gift for my seven year old granddaughter, who is on the smaller side, concerning her weight. I don't know what her exact weight is, so I don't know if the scrub top will be a good fit for your six year old. I can tell you that the kit is really good quality and that I'd buy it again.

Why does the pink set say nurse instead of doctor?

I guess to show it’s for a girl..but my granddaughter knew she was a doctor regardless of the color....

My granddaughter wears size 3T. Would this shirt be too large for her?

my great granddaughter is 3 also and wears a 4 or 5. it fits perfect. i think it would be good for yours.
