Good and non tasting

The package says 2 level tsp = 1 sheet of gelatine. This is not very helpful. I looked up how many sheets I would need to use to set the volume I had, and translated it into tsp according to the above. The result was jelly almost as firm as the concentrates that you dilute to make sweet jellies. I cut a cube of my fish jelly, dropped it, and it bounced! So use less than they suggest, if you want a spoonable jelly.

Dear Amazon Seller, I recently purchased your gelatin powder from Amazon with the intention of using it to make marshmallows. Unfortunately, my experience with this product was highly disappointing. After mixing the powder with water, it emitted a strong, unpleasant odor that was quite off-putting. To mask this smell, I had to add vanilla oil, but even then, the issue persisted. While the marshmallows looked fine on the surface, the taste was overwhelmingly tainted by the gelatin’s foul flavor, which ruined the entire batch. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this product and would not recommend it to others. I hope you can address this issue to improve future customer experiences. Sincerely, KT

“Fish gelatine” Its a good quality gelatine BUT is not suitable for gummies or marshmallows or anything like that , the smell of it when is warm is horrible and there is taste so the description is not accurate , might be suitable for something else but definitely not for what i needed. so if u want to make halal gummies or anything like that, definitely don’t buy this.
