This little gadget is super helpful. I've gotten into food preservation and sort of fell down the rabbit hole of organizational and storage supplies. I mean, it got to where my son banned me from "hoarding" any more. lolI get where he's coming from. I went from normal, camp loving mom who wanted her kids to have good, homemade snacks on hand in case I was busy or my ADD kicked in to going full prepper mode post-Hurricane Harvey and Ice Storm Yuri.While there is absolutely nothing wrong with that and family emergency preparedness should be normalized, my son did have a point: I was accumulating too many "just in case" potential storage items. That's where this little gadget comes in.Pop a AA in, slide the inner cover back a tad to expose the metal bump, and then aim it at the section you want to reseal. Slide it carefully but semi-quickly to seal the bag properly. If you don't apply the right amount of pressure for the right amount of time, your seal won't hold. If you hold it too long, you'll unintentionally chop a section of the bag off. Not a bad thing if that is what you intended but disconcerting if it wasn't.That probably makes it sound like a pain but it really isn't. It just takes a few tries to get it down just right and then you may find yourself looking for things that just need to be sealed better. lolIt's a good little gadget for the price, doesn't take up much space, easy to travel with, and is a helpful, money and product saving gadget.

Tag needed to use because you have to slide the centerpiece back to clear the heaters. The part that snaps in where rocks will not stay snapped in when you try to push them down to seal the bag keep popping out it won’t seal the bag 2/3 of the time One of the worst things I’ve ever invested in paying for.

Worked well straight out of the package, although it takes a little practice to get right!PROS:• No wait time for heating!!• So mini you can easily store it away in an utensil drawer and it’s cute enough to leave out!• Sealed my opened salad kits quickly, even if I had dressing towards the top!• Has a magnet for your fridge or pantry (if you have metal in your pantry, like me) easy access for next use.CONS:• I can easily go straight across but I always seem to miss my starting point by a quarter of an inch.• I’d have given it 5* but I cannot find any assistance for how to consistently seal across the entire package the first time.I’ll post the info if I figure out the trick to better seals on starting points!TIPS:•Check your seals before placing into storage — should keep your items fresh & ready for your next snack/meal when done correctly.•Practice on items to check if what you’re hoping to seal works with this particular sealer.•Read their info!•It’s so small, and moderately made, be careful to not drop it. It might survive from hand to counter but not hand to floor!Glad I finally purchased one… and very happy it works exactly as expected.

This is an awesome product that not only allows you to save on groceries, but its also wonderful for organization!!I use mine to keep my food fresh by sealing it and eliminating the air in the packaging.! Eliminating the air helps stop the growth of bacteria and mold. I also noticed when the bag is sealed prior to being frozen, it helps eliminate freezer burn.These sealers can also be used to organize craft items, sewing items, toys, hair ties, gift bags, tools, crayons, pens, markers, and SEVERAL other odds and ends (helped eradicate my junk drawer). You can even seal items like blankets & clothing, saving you from a dry cleaner expense. My sister borrowed mine to seal her wedding dress and my nieces handmade baby blanket.I have seen and used other types of sealers in the past. I prefer this type of sealer because it is much easier to use. Its hand held, allowing you to navigate around the item. With the large sealers, you are forced to seal in a straight line and are unable to corner or maneuver around the item. A lot of these other sealers have to remain on a flat surface and can jam up. They are heavy, take up a lot of counter space, and require you to purchase a specific type of plastic (can be very costly). With this item you can use the original packaging or pick from several other cost effective plastics. I like this because I am able to buy decorative or colored plastics to use on my gift baskets!!!!I am very happy with my purchase and find myself looking for an excuse to use it lol!!!! I am also pleased with the price and will be ordering several more for our annual Christmas party!!

It worked ok. Felt like it didn't always seal the first time. Ended up being more of a hassle. Don't use it anymore.

“I recently purchased the ROMSTO Mini Bag Sealer and it’s been a game-changer for keeping my snacks fresh! It’s super easy to use—no preheating needed—and it seals bags in a snap. I love that it’s small enough to take with me anywhere and the built-in cutter is a great bonus. I did have to go over some bags a couple of times to get a perfect seal, and the instructions weren’t in English, but it wasn’t too hard to figure out. You get what you paid for. Cheap & you can tell it. Doesn't work like it should.

Does the job well and is a good value. Saves a lot, chips and other items don't go stall so fast anymore. Would recommend this to anyone. Easy to use and store.
