My daughter asked for this for Christmas. It is as expected. Looks nice but works too.

No screws for ball braces & uneven strings!!
The media could not be loaded. Package seemed opened before sent to us. There's no way to screw the bars that hold the balls. So they move and wiggle with any touch. And the strings are not perfectly straight.

Too lazy to assemble properly
Gave the product 5 stars because I see the potential for it being a terrific mood enhancer...but, I'm too lazy to assemble it properly. One or more of the four vertical posts are not properly seated. And I take full responsibility for that. It will be fixed. It will enhance my mood. As soon as I get off of my lazy backside!
