Not a bad gun. My older Craftsman blew an trigger o-ring while in the middle of pulling a transmission and went completely nuts. I didn't want to take the time to fix that also. The gun worked well with cross member and frame parts to get those stubborn nuts loose. Size and torque made it pretty easy.

This gun is fantastic for the price. I work in a professional setting , and buy cheap tools to test out so new techs and those entering the industry know what is and isn't worth the money. I have over $50,000 in tools from snap-on, MAC, Conwell, and Matco that i use and abuse, but have found a few gems on Amazon. This is definitely one of them. It takes a sec for the gun to fully break in, and yhe anvil sticks the first few uses, but after that, it is a must have. I reach for this gun over my Snap-on half of the time, because its lighter. I read that it doesn't have the power, that is just not true. It is a hungry gun, so a larger compressor is a must, but im tightening bolts to well over 200 ft/lbs with this gun, and have yet to find a lug nut it will not remove. We have used it on box trucks, F550s, and even to remove axle bolts out VW cars. This gun doesn't just hit hard, it hits with authority. I've had it for almost a month now, so we will see how we'll it holds up, but for less than $100, I will buy another one when this one gives up.

Well made product. Works exactly as stated. Regarding the poor reviews, I'd wager this; that some of those people don't know how to operate an air tool.

I gave this impact a 5 because it seems well built, I have not used it yet! the controls seem easy to use, shipping was fast and I will update my thoughts when I rebuild my front end on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, this why I purchased this gun, my Craftsman Impact just doesn't have enough ass behind it for heaver work so hopefully this 1 will work as expected!

This thing is a beast and has a lot of torque! It is well worth the money. I have taken off some stubborn nuts with it and it does well. Way better than my old impacts. I would recommend.

Best Impact I've ever bought. Professional tech going into my 32nd year turning wrenches & this beats all the snap on & MAC impacts I've had. I'm ordering another one just to hold onto it. Worth every penny!
