Lightweight yet well-made
This car seat is lightweight yet well made and keeps my baby safe and secure during travel. My baby was a preemie when she went home from the NICU, I was worried about her passing the car seat test, but she did fine in this Chico key fit.

Great quality
Bought as a gift for my new grandbaby. Always happy with Chico brand. Easy to use and adjust. Not the lightest seat out there but still easy to tote around.

Sturdy and Safe!
I love this car seat! I have bought this one for both of my kids. It is super easy to use and easy to get out of the base. It has great head support and is super sturdy. I feel very comfortable about with my child riding in it!

Highly recommend
We have used this brand for both our boys. It works great and I appreciate that it transfers so easily to the stroller.

Happy
Love it. It's a tad bit heavy but I use a stroller attatchment so not a huge issue. I almost didn't get an infant car seat bc I thought it wasnt worth the expense for a short time but my baby was smaller and I felt he was safer in this and it is way easier to carry him or use a stroller.

Great for newborn baby
The best infant carseat on the market for the price. Easy to install and remove, functions as it should, very sturdy and recline for newborn baby.

"Encore" color is the Keyfit, not the Keyfit 30
First of all, I was frustrated to realize I'd purchased a Keyfit, not a Keyfit 30. By simply changing the color to Encore, I changed the entire product I was looking at. I had heard that the Keyfit was 17 lb, not the 9 lb as advertised. I actually started a return but then decided to open the box and actually weigh the seat since I had it anyway. It weighs 9.8 lb. I'm not sure what people are getting that weighs so much more. The seat PLUS the base weighs just over 17 lb. I'm still unsure as to whether I will keep it or return it for what I originally wanted, but I did want to clear up the weight issue.

Great reliable car seat
I have bought this car seat for all three of my kids. It's is constantly rated one of the safest car seats in the market through consumer reports. It's not too heavy, you can buy the stroller it clicks into which is super convenient. It's also super easy to clean and install 10/10 recommend!
