Just what I wanted
This set is perfect, for many things. Not just Brulee. Seemed a little spendy .. but considering it's the ramekins, pan and divider/separator/holder, it's worth the money. It will make my time in the kitchen a lot easier.

Beste Creme Brulee
Seitdem ich dieses Creme brulee set bestellt habe, habe ich 4 mal das Dessert gemacht und es super einfach mit diesem Set. Was ich wirklich toll finde, sind die Silikon Deckel, die auch auf andere Gläser passen. Einfach klasse und einfach ohne die Finger zuverbrennen. Habe es auch schon weiterempfohlen

Make your life easy!
I’m really happy with this ramekin set!!!!The porcelain ramekins feel sturdy and high quality, and they worked perfectly for making baked custard/crème brûlée. The size is great for individual desserts, and I love that the set comes with silicone lids for easy storage afterward!!!! It makes it so easy!!!! The included water bath pan and lifting rack were especially helpful and made baking much easier and safer. Everything baked evenly, and the ramekins cleaned up nicely afterward. My only small complaint is that the metal pan seems like it could rust over time if not dried well, so I’d recommend hand washing it. Other than that, this set feels like a great value and would make a nice gift for anyone who enjoys baking.

Nice set... but missing parts
The set is really nice! I love the lifting tray element. But... the box indicates there are lids included; those were missing in mine.
