I'm 5'4 but about the same in the other measurements, I got a 3XL because I wanted it to be loose. I agree with the other person about the feel of the fabric, but that's to be expected with spandex/polyester, I think. I can't say much for whether it's flattering though, I'm wearing it under a bodice and additional layers of skirts
