Xodus Innovations Battery Operated LED Dusk to Dawn 3-Tier Candelabra Window Candle with Amber Flicker Flame

I bought two of these and neither one of them work. CAUTION, do not waste your time and money on these defective items.

I wanted to give this item no stars, but that was not an option. Grudgingly, I give it one very weak star. I bought this item to replace another broken candelabra for my parents. The item came in a package that had been previously opened. When I put brand new batteries in the candelabra, it did not light. I thought, maybe it has to absorb solar energy, as well. Nope! That night, still no lighted candles. I was ripped off!! This item does not work. =(

Product did not work...cheaply made. I had one from the past that was great. Returning the product was easy and efficient... just a hassle having to package it up and deliver it to the UPS store. I would not buy again.

This product came with a broken switch. Fortunately, it was stuck in the "on" position and set to operate dusk-to-dawn. I was disappointed to receive this in such condition. It appeared it had already been returned once and I received the opened returned item someone else had returned, probably for the same reason. Unfortunately, I needed the item immediately so I didn't have time to return it for an exchange.

We put these out right after Thanksgiving and a fresh set of batteries last all the way through New Years. We also use them for emergency lights during power outages throughout the rest of the year on the same set of batteries.The light they give off is bright enough to easily navigate around the room by and it's a warm orange color. They can be set to glow steady or to flicker like a candle.

After a few weeks of use one of the candles stopped working. Cheap made in China product. Worth less than the D cell batteries than they use. Ordered in September to use for Christmas Decor. Too late to return.

Have purchase before and not disappointed on quality, a little pricey but worth it. Candles in the window add a warm touch to our home.

love this, put batteries in and put in window and comes on at dark. highly recommemd

Very limited instructions. I placed 3 D batteries as recommended and it states on the packaging to place the candle with the sensor on the window ledge. The candle has been on the window ledge for 5 days and it still does not work.

I purchased these as window candles and I use them all year round as I have a more country cottage decor! They do not get hot and they have enough flicker to look real! I like the sensor feature which shuts them off during the day, however, if skys are overcast they sometimes stay on. Well made product!

I love these but they dont work. I purchased 7 hoping 2 of them would work. If they tested them before selling, they may avoid bad reviews. I gave it 2 stars because they are nice. But they dont deserve any stars because they dont work.

So disappointed. After having to buy 3D batteries, it doesn’t work.Update:A small ball of tin foil added helps make contact with the batteries. I do love it, matches my single candles that match. They are magical!

The candelabra worked flawlessly until I dropped it while cleaning the window ledge. I was surprised and pleased that it was still available
