returnable but not for full purchase price.
I always store my watches with the stem out to preserve the battery when it is not in use. pulling out the stem on this watch does not stop the movement. i consider this a defect and i returned the watch with an explanation. i was charged what i assume is a $5 restocking fee. in my opinion, a watch with a defect should not be restocked ... to be shipped to some other buyer. disappointed.
