They work to decrease stress!
I don't know whether or not it's a placebo effect, but after taking these for about 1 week, I noticed that my stress levels noticeably decreased, and when I take one per day, I remain more calm, and can handle tasks with ease that would have stressed me out previously. These are my happy pills! They're easy to swallow, and I'm so glad I found them.

My first time
This is my first time taking this and so far so good I still have sweet cravings but not as it was. I wish it was like when I had surgery and came out of the surgery that I couldn't stand sweets it was like someone pouring sugar in my mouth so since I can't go back to that this is the next best thing

Happy with purchase
More expensive than loose powder, but far more palatable. That loose powder is revolting. Stuff works for me. Herbal stuff seems to have considerable variation in efficacy, so YMMV.

Didn't work for me
I was using berberine for the past 2 years to control pre-diabetes. Recently my blood glucose was getting high so I changed up to using gymnema instead. I took it for 1 month and unfortunately, did not work for me. The reason I also stopped was the annoying headaches I would have throughout the day and upset stomach ocassionally. I went back to the berberine again. My results are my own and possibly gymnema might work for others.
