how you refill these pencils?

The 0.03 pencil definitely has a learning curve as far as learning the proper pressure in which to draw with. When I first got my pencil I was breaking the lead every time I started to draw. I finely get the hang of things and I no loner break the leads while drawing.

Is this specific product made in Japan?

No. It’s made in China even though all instructions are in Japanese.

Is the .3mm tip removable from the body of this pencil? I want to use the tip only for the serti method of silk painting.

I have not a .3mm but a .5mm pencil. Two parts of the "tip" come off. First a chrome collar then a pull off tip that holds the lead. I really don't see he resulting "hole" as a painting point.
