I am writing this review after using this product for 4 months . Pros - 1) budget friendly 2) very effective in terms of strength and endurance 3) chocolate flavour is very good , little sweet but if you drink with cold water , you will like it. In taste it is comparatively less than whey but overall good. 4) Product is "Trustified " , ie it is lab tested by a fitness influencer and youtuber , channel name , Trustified. 5) Mixibility is also good . Cons - in my openion none. Overall a very good and effective product.

pretty good, mixibility is decent, small lumps are there at the end of the drink but its alright. The taste is the worst if you take it with water, but its taste actually gets really good with milk, i take the verka low fat milk(the yellow one) with this and it tastes great. I am reducing one star because the taste is not good at all with water, and also there are lumps at the end. Also many youtubers are claiming that the it offers way less protein than what it claims which increases suspecion. I think Nakpro team should do something to make their customers trust them even more.

Hi readers, I'm writing this detailed review (Chocolate flavor, Soy protein) after using it for more than 3 months. First why I chose Soy protein: Being vegetarian, I had very few options available to fulfill daily intake of protein. Whey protein consumption led to breakout of severe acne on head and back multiple times. So I quit using whey. But then exercise was not fruitful and I was losing my muscle. So, one day I somehow found out about Soy protein and I started using it. My honest review about Nakpro Soy Protein (Chocolate flavor) : I have consumed two packs till now. In the beginning, I didn't like the taste as I was used to with Whey Chocolate flavor. It was more like chalky taste. Not fully soluble in water as I mixed as per directions on the pack. Too many Lumps were found. Current way of using Soy protein : Then I tried some extra water (300-350ml for 1 scoop) along with round metal shape in mixer to break the lumps for 1 minute and it tasted much better. 99% lumps were gone. Now I'm happy as no acne breakout happened and soy protein is much more cost effective than anything (1g protein costing less than 90 paisa). Now I will keep using it. I will just try other flavors.

Don't buy, it has failed lab test on COREFITLAB youtube channel, For unflavoured nakpro is claiming 90%(in previous batches it was 90% claim), but test only found 62 gram protein per 100 gram which 31.1% lower than their claim(acceptable range is +-10%), you can arrive at "31.1%" by following calculation:- (90gm-62gm)÷90gm×100=31.1%, For taste review:- Unflavoured:- almost inedible, awful taste, very bad mixability Flavoured:- nice mixability, nice taste but too sweet, Digestiblity:- nice but bloating is a huge problem, 2 scoop= sure shot bloating for most of humans If you already have unflavoured nakpro spi then just mix some scoops flavoured whey protein spi then it will be edible and mixability will be increased, From this point, I will never buy nakpro's any product, I still have 3 kg of nakpro spi and I will consume and never buy it again as their claims are fake which means protein to money ratio is now distorted, not worth buying anymore.

Does complete your protein intake. Good for gains, but lacks bcaa bad for hard gainers, and in terms of taste it's pathetic can give boating for few initial days.

Protein quality is great. Mixability is good, didn't encountered any lump formation I noticed that my post workout recovery has improved to a great extent when I started taking this Post workout. (I no longer consume this post workout anymore, now that I shifted to whey for my post workout protein I consume this in morning alongwith my Oatmeat ) Cons- It may not be palatable for everyone Taste is a big downside Tip- Add this to your oatmeal, half a scoop and it will greatly improve the taste of oatmeal and your plain simple oatmeal will turn into a chocolate flavour oatmeal.

Delivery experience was good, taste is also good. It doesn't taste like plant protein. I drink it with milk, banana, and soy protein (use fresh banana for better taste). Packing was good & it came lump free. It is easy to mix and texture of shake feel normal like bournvita, complan Or horlicks but not that sweet. If u r Bigginers u can use it with peanut butter.
