I trust global healing products as I take many supplements from this line. Their protein powder is excellent also. My gut loves these probiotics and I’ve tried many on the market. It is by far the best probiotic on the market. I am healing from gastritis. This product brought my healing to another level. It has both probiotic and prebiotic (food for the probiotic). I highly recommend it. The bottle says to take two pills, but I am good with one a day. Do not take with meals as the stomach acid will destroy the probiotic. I take it in the morning or 20-30 minutes b4 eating my first meal.
