I bought these vitamins because my eczema was bad and I was desparate. I don't think it helped with my skin but my nails are the longest and strongest they have ever been. I have struggled with thin brittle nails and I can't believe how long they have grown without breaking They're also the tastiest vitamins I've ever taken! I look forward to taking them every day

I've bought more expensive vitamins before and they've done way less than these! My hair has been growing a lot quicker and thicker. My nails aren't growing much faster, but that may be down to idle picking at them, but they are growing stronger. There's not a strong taste to them, they do taste a bit watered down, but if they work, then does it really matter?
