This works really well, in fact far better than I expected. I am a man of advancing years and whilst I exercise regularly I wasn't able to work off the pot belly that had been leading me around for numerous years. I was fit, but looked fat. After a month of using the belt each evening I have a flat stomach and much improved posture. Because of my better abdominal muscle tone I actually feel fuller sooner when eating which is another help. At first it didnt feel like it was doing anything and I wondered if it was faulty, but a gentle sense of post exercise muscle ache let me know it was doing its thing. It is an exceptionally easy way to tone a tricky area and it works!

I have been using the Evolve Abs for awhile now, and had one of the older slendertone units previously, which I was really happy with, but lost it during a house move. I noticed I was getting quite a big belly, and this has really helped reduce it. I followed the 6 week toning plan, and now just use program 6 Ab Power for 30 minutes. On the older unit I had, it was easier to control where I wanted the intensity to focus on, meaning I could have no power on my obliques, and was able to tolerate a higher intensity level just on my abs. It is still possible on this, but it seems to be on one set program instead, called Total Abs Blitz. For some reason I can still feel some power going to my obliques, so I dont use this program very often. It's clever how it doesn't let you progress to the next stage, until you have completed the 1st, 2nd week etc. At first, I did think this isn't working, but I stuck to the program and genuinely started seeing a difference, which resulted in giving me even more determination to carry on. I will admit though, after the first time using it, the very first thing I did after removing the belt, was look down to see if I had a flatter stomach or an outline of my abs. Then, walked over to the mirror to have a look with the big light on, only to feel disappointed. Obviously I knew it wouldn't happen after one attempt, but I noticed over the next few weeks I was still looking, and it really makes you feel good when you do eventually start to see some progress. I started doing exercises at home and walking more too, as I know the ab belt doesn't burn off fat, but it will tone the muscles and make them stronger. I havn't really changed what I eat for meals though, but have reduced some snacks. I noticed after awhile, my abdominal muscles have become stronger, and I can see them through the intensity of the contractions. If I had the time, I'd consider going to the gym, and still using this in between, to help with the strength of the muscles, plus would be good for the days away from the gym. It is quite expensive, but the programs are good, and I don't regret buying it. The gel pads are very convenient and ready to go when you want a toning session. I'd prefer they lasted a little longer though, especially as they are not cheap either. You get around 20 to 30 sessions out of them. It's convenient being battery operated, but the battery seems to only last long enough for 2, maybe 3 sessions. A little tip, If you want it on mute, so it doesn't bleep when pushing buttons or chime, then hold the "P" button for a few seconds before selecting your program. It might be mentioned in the manual, but I couldn't find it, and I always prefer it on mute.

Always wondered if these were worthwhile but I'm glad I took the plunge. It's expensive however probably worth the money if you're of average health/weight. This isn't going to reduce your body fat but it will reduce your waistline and improve core strength.

I bought this “newt upraised “ version because my old slender tone had worn out. This model has s inferior in every way, The usb battery only lasts for a few sessions the belt doesn’t fit as well and is not nearly as powerful so the results are not as good. Really really disappointed

I'm quite irregular with ab training so when i do i get the doms something wicked, so i wanted to see if one of these ab belts would give me some recovery while sat at my desk during the day. Well after having it for a few days i can say that it does indeed give a decent work out on your abs and has aided my recovery. Need to stress that this will NOT give you a 6 pack but it will give your muscles a decent session on the higher settings and improve your core strength. Have used a few of these belts in the past and this is by far the strongest of them.

la prima cintura ordinata il 10 Aprile 2024 e'arrivata puntualissima giovedi' 18 aprile 2024 ma purtroppo diffettosa, dopo la ricarica del tempo X da loro consigliato, non dava comunque cenni di vita.(questo ha abbassato di una stella la valutazione complessiva) L'azienda e' stata attendibile e corretta come qualsiasi Società professionale dovrebbe essere, nel rispondere alla mia segnalazione e nel chiedere se volevo il rimborso o un'eventuale sostituzione. La decisione e' stata quest'ultima e il prodotto e' arrivato, tra procedure di e-mail e risposte varie, in questi giorni. - inizi di Maggio 2024. Tutto funziona, pertanto potrò dare il mio giudizio sull'efficacia negl'Abs, in seguito. Per ora posso dire, se vogliamo essere pignoli, che il video di introduzione e spiegazione d'uso, che viene citato nel manuale e scaricato, oltre ad essere in certi punti molto veloce e' anche a mio avviso sbagliata forse la traduzione scritta come sottotitolo in lingua italiana, consiglierei la filiale in Italia di provvedere a tale proposito.

Der Gürtel lässt sich angenehm tragen und hat einen sehr guten Halt. Die Steuerungseinheit ist frontal fest angebracht. Dies war bei meinem vorherigen Gerät nicht der Fall und diese Variante ist erheblich besser. Dennoch ist immer zu erwähnen, der Gürtel unterstützt das Training und ersetzt es nicht! Der Gürtel allein ersetzt kein effektives Training, kann dies aber mit den richtigen Übungen sehr gut unterstützen.
