Must have large counter space or move to another area to use. I place in corner and pull forward for use. Works well for me as I have limited counter height (11 1/2 in). Grills well with little to no smoke. instruction are well written and easy to understand. The glass lid comes off for easy cleaning. I have search for this oven combo for months and I think I chose a great one for my needs. It was also a good value based on others I looked at. I love the top loading feature. It’s so convenient. I can see how my food is cooking. If I had a manufacturers recommendation it would be to equip with a way to remove grill/basket when hot. Handles are convenient but must wait until it cools to remove. It looks so nice in the space. I must give the best rating overall due to my large counter space, cabinet height limitations and top loading feature.

I love this indoor grill/air fryer! First thing I tried was the grill. I used frozen burgers and laid 4 inside on the grill plate. In less than 9 mins I had perfectly grilled burgers that were well done, but very juicy and tasted just like I had used the outside charcoal grill. I also tried the air fryer and used previously frozen potato wedges and used the guide that is provided in the usage materials and they cooked up nice and crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Cleaning isn't as big of deal as several have said. I feel it's easier than my previous air fryer and the fact that everything comes out and every crevice can be cleaned by hand and everything but the plastic base for the drip tray can be placed in the dishwasher if you don't want to hand wash. The glass lid is a great feature making it easy to check on your food while it's cooking without having to open it up and allow heat to escape. Cons: it is a large appliance so best to make sure you have the counter space for it. I recommend measuring your space. You will also need to allow for 4 inches in the back for proper operation and allow for heat to escape. So, if you have the space and are in need for a larger air fryer this is the ideal item.

I was looking at Buying one of those multi functional ovens, but then I found this Grill/ Air Fryer combo that does so many things that I had to have one of these. These days, who wants to turn on their oven and prepare a dinner that takes so much time to cook???? I just received my smokeless indoor grill today but I haven't used it yet. But I know I will be using it quite often! Why go out for fast food? When you can make something you crave with this machine faster than driving to a fast food place and pay outrageous prices? With this machine you can make it your way and just as fast as takeout or even faster and CHEAPER!!!

Impossible to clean, NOT smokeless. I was going to take off two stars, but realized I've had this for two years and used the air fryer function on a regular basis, so I can't complain too much. We mostly use it to cook Texas toast and per-cooked frozen naan. It was great for these because we can see the bread browning. However, it's pretty much impossible to clean. I've never been able to get the removable basket clean. I've tried the dishwasher, SOS pads, Dawn power wash, vinegar and baking soda, easy off. But the residue never comes off. Then there ar all nooks around the edge that are full of residue that it's impossible to reach. Because if this, after two years, it now smokes and sets off the smoke alarm every time we use it. And the food has an off taste because of the smoke and hot residue. We did like it for most of the two years we had it, but I would not recommend it and will not buy it again.

Still learning it's uniqunesses, I did overheat/error code the unit on a third time in quick succession to "Burn off" the newness aspect of the cooking surfaces & since then no issues. Very good addition to my kitchen assortment.

After a few uses this grill has become too much of a hazard. The first couple of uses it seemed to cook well, however, now it overheats, displays an error (E3) prompt, and shuts down. I have no idea what E3 stands for as there is nothing in the instructions about any error messages, nor is there any trouble shooting guide that refers ANY problems. The photographs that are attached illustrate the inconsistencies with the ambient temperatures. The temperature was set for 365F and it started to spike upward of 425F. What the photographs don’t show, is the burning electrical smell coming from the grill, or the buzzing sound coming from the display panel. The other issue is with the drip tray. I’ve done nothing but hand wash the tray after every use with mild dish detergent and warm water, and it is still difficult to work the grate back into the plastic insert. The manual instructs to allow the grill to completely cool down before removing the drip tray, which I did every time. The drip tray was hand washed and completely cool down every time, and it’s still warped. I considered taking the grill to a small appliance repair shop, however, I think at this point, I’ll just chalk it up as lesson learned about Gourmia products.

The Gourmia Grill works as promised. So nice to be able to set time and temp. It lets you know when it is preheated and when to turn the item. It is very nice to be able to see how the food is cooking through the glass lid without losing heat by opening. There are two things I didn't like and wasn't able to find a solution on their website. The metal part of the drip tray is very difficult to put back together after cleaning. Now about 1 1/2 years later the metal finish is coming off. If it were made of the same nonstick material as the grill plate it would be so much easier to clean. The hardest part to clean is the inside where the heating elements are. It would be much easier is they could be removed for cleaning.

Dinner was ready in 20 minutes. The turkey burgers were well cooked and juicy! No smoke! Easy to clean!

I love this grill, amazing charred marks and everything is juicy. The smoke extractor is fabulous there is NO smoke at all. Sometimes I turn it off to get a little smokey flavour. I moved my airfryer out of the way since this does both and it’s bigger to accommodate more food. It’s also easy to clean, love it!

Review not on quality, but because of negligence. I ordered this product outside of the U.S and the description says it meets voltage requirements, however after i received it i saw on the box and on the air fryer that it requires 120v which is unusable in my area. I was going to gift this and it would've burnt out if they tried to use it. Unacceptable.

Great , but be prepared for extensive cleaning up. Wouldn't have bought it knowing that but it does work well

It is a lot bigger than I realized, but I love it. Really easy to clean
