I’m really impressed with this pan. The nonstick surface works amazingly well, especially for egg whites, which usually stick on other pans. I barely need any oil and the eggs slide right off without breaking. It heats evenly, cooks food consistently, and feels sturdy and well-made. The handle stays comfortable while cooking, and cleanup is super easy — a quick wipe and it’s done. It looks sleek and feels like great quality for everyday use. I’d definitely recommend it.

This pan is so slippery food slides out of it while I am cooking! It is also a lot bigger than I expected because apparently I cannot read. However, I have been able to make it work. It heats up quickly, also cools down relatively fast (I had been using cast iron which takes forever on both counts), and cooks food evenly. Washing it is also a breeze, and coating has stayed slippery so far after several months of use. Very happy.

I have bought this twice now, once as a gift and once for myself. (I also have a larger, much older GreenPan.) I love this pan. It's super easy to clean, and cooks evenly. And it has rainbow sparkles!! In our household it is mostly used for fried or scrambled eggs and quesadillas. We wash it by hand because it is probably less work than putting it in the dishwasher and removing it later. I did return the first one for us and get another. I am a perfectionist and both had small imperfections (scuffs) in the coating on either side of the outside where they were not wrapped completely in cardboard. I decided to allow it since I love everything else and it has no impact on the function.

I'm a single guy that enjoys cooking, but I especially love breakfast a couple times a week with eggs, over-easy. I've lost count of how many frying pans I've gone through in the years, but I'm so glad I tried this one from Green Pan! I recently bought a couple of Green Pan's saucepans with the ceramic coating inside, and I thought they were great - very easy to clean and care for. So I thought, "why not" try their frying pan? This pan is hands-down the best one I've had the pleasure to use. I've not had one egg break apart or get stuck to the pan, and quite frankly, the cooking surface is so slick, that the first time I was done preparing my hash-browns, when tilting the pan slightly to deposit them on a plate, they slid out so easily and so fast, that I overshot the plate with some of them - I didn't expect such an easy, slippery release! Who needs cooking oils or sprays? Not me! The pan is well made and durable, but not as heavy and awkward as it's cast-iron counterparts. It heats up quickly with even heat distribution, (I'm surprised on how well it cooks on my stovetop's "low" heat setting!) and is a breeze to clean. I'm looking forward to trying other recipes that I have steered away from in the past with my other pans, just to avoid the expected hassle. This Green Pan frying pan is a real winner in my book! Two thumbs up!

It seems to a decent quality pan. It got a little less nonstick after a few uses, but is certainly nonstick enough. Just don't think you are going to get away with no buyer or oil and you should be fine. Be careful as ceramic can chip so treat it carefully. The interior's gloss is a nice look (I prefer it to the light color interiors).

I have several of these pans in all different sizes. Non-stick and easy to clean. I have used them for several years.

Update: A little while after I wrote my review, things started to stick to the pan. I have no idea why since, I believe I've been following the instructions. It's extremely frustrating that the pan worked so well for a while and then just stopped being nonstick. I guess the search for a good nonstick pan continues. Original Review: After purchasing another pan for the same price (that didn't come with a lid) and being completely disappointed, I did some more research to look for a better non-stick frying pan option and eventually settled on GreenPan. I found this 12" pan which included a glass lid at an very reasonable price and took a chance on it, even though 'review analysis' sites have given this product a bad rating. I'll just say, this pan is amazing. The pan is flat allowing me to cook anything that would move otherwise, the nonstick works as intended and I haven't had a sticking problem, yet, and the glass lid has come in handy on more than one occasion. The weight and heat distribution is also pretty good and the pan is able to retain some heat for a while after taken off of a heat source. The only negative I'll state is that the documentation that comes with the Pan does recommend hand-washing, even though it's dishwasher safe, but given how things don't stick to the pan, this hasn't been a big issue for me and so I just spend the minute or two it takes to clean it, by hand.

I recently purchased the 8″ GreenPan Fry Pan because I wanted something compact, easy to use, and genuinely non-toxic for morning pancakes, omelettes and quick dinners. The PFAS-free ceramic coating feels reassuring when cooking. It’s easy to use. I just heat it up, and anything I cook glides off like magic. The design feels sturdier than my old nonstick pan, and the matte black finish makes it look way more expensive than it actually is. I also love that I can toss it in the dishwasher or finish something in the oven up to high heat when I’m in a rush. It’s been a reliable, easy-cleaning pan that I actually reach for. Great little pan for quick meals without the fuss.

I've had this pan for several months and I am extremely happy with it. The non-stick is very good and requires no oil. Clean-up is a breeze. I'd happily buy more of their products.

This pan is great. safe, long-lasting, and works as advertised. It’s not something that’ll take a beating, and in return, you get a safe non-stick surface that won’t slowly deteriorate your health. Just take care of it. Wipe with a wet paper towel or an ultra soft microfiber (never put mf towels in hot water) and your dish soap and simply rinse. Always use soft silicone spatulas (starfrit has good ones). Never ever put anything metallic on this. And avoid using too much heat. Between 1-10 heat levels, use 5-6 max and 10 only for quickly heating it up or to reach a boil. Never sustained. This thing will last.

I have used it more than a dozen times and so far, so good. Only time will tell on its durability. To extend its life, I have been careful to not over heat the pan because once you do, all fry pans quickly lose their finish. I really like the nice wide flat area, the good fitting glass lid, the light weight, and the handle. One of the best ones I have ever owned.
