Extremely Disappointing - Stopped Working After Only a Few Uses
I am incredibly disappointed with the Russell Hobbs iron. After using it less than five times, it completely stopped working! I had higher expectations from a reputable brand like Russell Hobbs, but this iron did not even last long enough to justify the cost. It’s frustrating to invest in a product only for it to fail so quickly. To add to the disappointment, the hassle of now needing to contact customer service for a refund or replacement is inconvenient and time-consuming. I hope Russell Hobbs stands by their products and addresses this issue promptly. Unfortunately, this experience has severely damaged my trust in the brand. I would not recommend this iron to anyone looking for a reliable appliance.
