The one I bought last month with the M2 did. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Blazing fast, crazy quiet. Some quirks to be aware of. *by on Reviewed in the United States April 14, 2022* I've been curious about Macs for a long time but always was too afraid to jump in because the cost to value offered by Apple's products was somewhat poor in the past. However, the Mac mini is the first product Apple has released in some time that I find to be a compelling value. The M1 chip is crazy fast and the machine is eerily silent. My last desktop sounded like a fighter jet, but you'd be hard pressed to tell the Mac mini was on, save for the indicator light at the front. There are 2 quirks to the machine that I did not know about at the time of purchase that I'd like to warn others about. First, MacOS is optimized for 4k+ resolutions. On lower resolutions, it scales down and the results are sometimes iffy. Text is sometimes blurry or hard to read (especially small text). Depending on what you'd use it for, you may want to upgrade to a 4k monitor. I'm using a 1440p monitor and still having some issues. For day to day stuff, the computer is still perfectly functional, however. The second quirk is that MacOS natively does not support volume control if you're outputting your sound via your monitor; the volume plays at full blast with the expectation that you'll use your monitor/speaker controls to adjust it. It seems like there are some third-party apps that can serve as a workaround for this. Alternatively, you can connect the Mac mini via its 3.5mm jack to some speakers. If you're really crazy, the Mac Mini does have built in speakers as well (which I was stunned to learn!); they sound quite poor, however. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid Product *by on Reviewed in the United States December 29, 2025* Product came in good condition, haven’t had any problems since I got it, and runs super fast. Mostly use it for Logic Pro and video editing and so far so good. 😎 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great machine for audiophile’s *by on Reviewed in the United States March 15, 2026* This old Mac’s work great as roon core, music library mimalServer, or HQplayer processor for 256DSD ## Frequently Bought Together - 2020 Apple Mac Mini with Apple M1 Chip (16GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage) Silver (Renewed) - Satechi Mac mini Hub & Stand with SSD Enclosure for NVME/SATA M.2, Mac mini Dock with USB C 10Gbps, 3 USB A 5/10Gbps, 2.0 Audio Jack, for Mac Studio, Mac mini M2/M1 (Not Compatible with M4) - Silver --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/423453347-2020-mac-mini-with-apple-m1-chip-16gb-ram-256gb](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/423453347-2020-mac-mini-with-apple-m1-chip-16gb-ram-256gb) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
