Artecho Oil Pastels Set of 24 Colors (10 x 70 mm)

These are the best oil pastels I’ve gotten, and they’re a good price. They’re not awkwardly small or large either, and don’t break easily. They’re vibrant and smooth. I love them.

These are great and so flexible to your own style! Easy to blend with just your fingers and they go onto the page so smoothly. I hadn't drawn or painted in a veryyy long time, and these brought the creative bug back!

These pastels flake off when I press down to get more color on the paper. The flakes can fall on other parts of the art and smudge. It doesn't always happen, but enough to be noticeable. They do blend well and are a good for beginners and affordable option to try oil pastels.

I bought two of these, one as a gift for a middle aged woman who loves to doodle, one for a 6 year old girl who’s just getting into drawing. Both loved these oil pastels for their satisfying pigment consistency and the variety of colors. The girl has lost several of the pastels, unfortunately. But we still have fun with them! The woman uses them for her therapy sessions and she says she’s very happy with the quality and they have all of her favorite colors, which go beyond the typical assortment. I liked the price too! Pair with a sketchbook for a useful gift:)

First time trying oil pastel painting and this was a perfect one to practice. Very easy to blend and vibrant colours. It’s very soft, so I already broke the white one many times when I tried to highlight certain areas. I might get more colours to practice! Very affordable to use for first-time users.

Die Farben decken wunderbar und liegen super in der Hand - ich würde gleich die größeren kaufen, da man mit den kleinen nicht so lang auskommt. Aber zum Testen waren sie super!

Los compré para tener unos pasteles al óleo básicos y me han sorprendido para bien. Los colores son bonitos y bastante vivos, y se aplican fácilmente sobre papel. Tienen buena pigmentación, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio, y vienen en una caja ordenada que va bien para guardarlos. No son profesionales, pero para empezar o para usarlos en ratos libres están muy bien. Se difuminan con los dedos o con un poco de aceite, y mezclan decentemente entre ellos. El tamaño de cada barra es pequeño, pero suficiente si no los usas a diario. En resumen, si estás empezando con los pasteles al óleo o quieres algo económico para practicar, estos están genial. Calidad más que aceptable por el precio.

Ich habe das Malen vor einiger Zeit als Hobby für mich neu entdeckt. Zum Kennenlernen kaufe ich mir zunächst günstige Materialien, um festzustellen, ob mir die Technik liegt. So hab ich mit preiswerten Ölpastellen begonnen, die gar nicht mal schlecht sind, aber etwas riechen. Etwas später kaufte ich mir zu Vergleichszwecken ein Probierpack von Sennelier mit den Grundfarben dazu. Künstler mögen es vielleicht anders sehen, aber dieses Produkt von Artecho ist ebenso gut, nur um ein vielfaches preiswerter. Die Farben sind weich, farbintensiv, lassen sich leicht und dicht auftragen, wunderbar verreiben und mischen. Kein unangenehmer Geruch. Ich werde bei diesem Produkt bleiben.
