I really enjoy these Taos The Show sandals overall. They’re super comfortable right out of the box and feel like a step up from your average flat sandal. The premium leather is soft, the adjustable Velcro straps (on the forefoot and ankle) let you get a secure, customized fit, and they look stylish enough for casual outings or errands. That said, the sole isn’t as thick or heavily padded as I expected from a Taos shoe (they’re known for good support). It’s more on the moderate side with their signature Soft Support footbed and some cooling gel elements, but it still provides decent cushioning and stability. For me, with high arches, these offer enough support to wear them all day without pain, and they’re definitely more comfortable than basic flip-flops or thin-soled sandals. However, if you have really high arches or need aggressive arch contouring (like a true orthotic-level lift), these might not fully meet your foot—they don’t quite reach up into my arch the way some other supportive brands do. Sizing was a bit tricky for me. I normally wear a 9.5, and I initially ordered a 10 thinking I’d want room. They felt a tad loose and not snug enough, so I returned them and went with the 9 instead. The smaller size fits much better—snug without being tight—and makes them feel more secure and comfortable overall. One minor aesthetic nitpick: in my size, my toes sit closer to the front edge than I’d prefer visually (they’re almost at the edge rather than having a little overhang space), but functionally it’s not an issue and the fit is way better. The camal/ tan color is quite a bit darker than my skin tone but hopefully I will get some sun this summer and they wont contrast so much with my skin tone. Bottom line: These are a solid choice if you’re looking for lightweight, adjustable leather sandals with good (but not maximal) arch support and all-day wearability. They’re especially nice for moderate-high arches like mine. Highly recommend trying your true size or sizing down half if you’re between sizes—worth the exchange for the perfect fit! 4.5/5 stars.

Best shoes I’ve ever owned after trying many expensive shoes & sandals over the past twenty years. I wear a 6.5-7 wide and these sandals are perfect. My feet don’t hang over the sides plus I tend to swell during the day & can loosen them over the toes & ankles for a perfect fit. Since having these sandals I’m am walking again whereas I could barely get around the house. I’m 72, overweight & have sciatica & herniated discs up & down my spine. So, my back still hurts but not as bad as it’s improving with these shoes & my feet never hurt. I also have neuropathy & can’t begin to tell you how much these sandals have helped me regain my balance. The first pair I bought were camel, went back for the black & now the slate. That tells you how happy I am with them. 😂

The sandals fit well and are true to size. This is a size 10. Fits well. Looks well made and quite pretty on. Very comfortable sole, fitting the bottom contours of my feet well. Nice velcro adjustments at the top and bottom straps. The only criticism I have, and it's personal here since I always feel warm, is that it 's a little warm under the strapping at the top. I would not wear these in the height of summer heat. This may not bother others.

It's just hard to find pretty sandals that are comfortable to walk in. Not only do I have bad feet (I do foot exercises daily to strengthen them), I jog poorly a couple of times a week and my feet are always tired the rest of the day, so comfortable. Shoes are really a must. These sandals really do go with everything and they do look nice, but I have to say I'm not a huge fan of the sole. Like Birkenstocks, soon they will show sweaty imprints, and it's impossible to really clean off because it seems to absorb everything - even getting sand off is a chore. I've had similarly expensive shoes before, and honestly, they felt more elegant and better made than these. Still, in a world of impossible, ugly sandals that are comfortable, this is one of the better pairs I have found. If only I had found them on sale! If they were half the price, I would be half as critical.

These were a bit pricey, but they fit well and I can wear them all day, so they were worth the money to me. They are flattering on your feet and the adjustable straps help the fit. The leather is very nice quality. I’d buy them again

I wish I could give these sandals 10 stars. I’m new to Taos sandals and I couldn’t be more pleased with these. The color says blush pink and I was a bit hesitant about the color but they came today and the “pink” is a subtle neutral color that could be worn with almost anything. The comfort and style exceeds my expectations. I am very pleased with my purchase. They arrived on time and were packed perfectly.

The shoe in Caramel is attractive and dressy for a sandal. I received them last Wed so,I haven’t had them an entire week. Wednesday night I tried them on and my instep spread over the sole. I looked at the pictures other reviewers had taken. Most had the same overlapping fit. The shoes were comfortable and felt supportive. So, I decided to keep them and took them on a 4 day vacation.i wore them all day on day one of my vacation. Throughout the day I kept noticing that the sole feels flat….unlike my Brooks tennis shoes or Naot sandals. On day 2, I switched to my ASICS stability tennis shoes. I had terrible knee pain on the vacation. I blame that on the flat sandals. I will only wear these shoes to church, restaurants,etc. I will not wear them all day like I wear Naots,Alegria,ASICS,and Brooks.

Perfection. Comfortable and a true wide. Loved the tan so much I came back for the black.
