Yes, each bag is wrapped individually. Each flavor has a different bag color, strawberry is red and lemon is yellow etc.

Are they wrapped in foil bags like Bigelow teas, individually?

Yes, each tea bag is wrapped individually, but they are not hard to open. You do not need a scissors.

Are all of these flavors Gluten Free?
