Reliable Oil That Keeps My Engine Running Smooth
I had to do my very first motorcycle oil change all by myself, and Yamalube came highly regarded. Simple quick oil change and it's been running great since. Since then Iโve been using Yamalube 10W-40 in my Yamaha scooter for routine oil changes, and itโs consistently performed well. The engine runs smooth and responsive, even during longer rides in hot weather. Iโve noticed quieter operation and steady performance compared to generic oils Iโve tried in the past. Itโs designed specifically for Yamaha motors, which for me is what put Yamalube over the top. I havenโt had any issues with shifting or performance, and overall maintenance has been straightforward. Would purchase again. Pros: Engine runs smoothly and quietly with consistent performance. Formulated for Yamaha engines, which gives extra confidence. Handles heat well on longer rides without breakdown. Cons: A bit pricier than some generic oils, but the reliability is worth it.

Good oil
Just don't want anyone to be confused. I was reading this post and noticed someone said this is full synthetic. It's actually a mineral based oil. That is what keeps the older Japanese bikes from having the slipping clutch issue. It's not synthetic. It's a really good oil for older bikes and any type of ATV or marine application. Just remember to change it every 3,000 miles unless you ride really hard like me. Then you might want to change it every thousand miles. Keep in mind, I ride a Yamaha VMAX

Excellent value
I only use full synthetic and all the companies gouge when it comes to motorcycle oil. This stuff is full synthetic, reputable maker, and has all the required motorcycle additives. Oddly, the description here doesn't explicitly say so, but on the bottles themselves state that this is JASO MA2 compliant. I will definitely buy again.

Yamalube 10W-40
Been using this stuff for years. Great oil for my Yamaha dirt/trail bikes. It is great for any motorcycle with a wet clutch. 10w-40 covers a very wide range of operating temperatures. Keeps everything running nice and smooth without interfering with the clutch friction.

Has proved to be way better than synthetic oil for my motorcycle at least in my case
I have a 2007 Yamaha V Star Silverado 1100. I bought it used with 17k miles on the odometer and it ran fine. Not knowing what the maintenance was like from the previous owner I decided to do a full tune up including oil and filter change, final drive oil change, new air filter and spark plugs, valve adjustment and carburetor sync; it made a huge difference in the way the bike felt, sounded and not to mention the ride. For that first oil change I used the Motul 10W-40. With time my clutch started slipping no matter how well I adjusted it (top and bottom adjustments). I don't ride the clutch or do any weird driving to have the clutch slip with such low mileage. Asking around a friend told me that some older Japanese bikes won't take well synthetic oil and to look into changing the oil with original Yamalube to see if that would fix the issue. To make a long story short I ordered this Yamalube and a new filter and once I received both went on to changing the oil. Incredibly enough not only did the clutch slip stop but from the first start the engine sounded different; way quieter (engine internals very smooth), exhaust sounds deeper now, it has more power and you can rev the engine up in normal driving with noticeable less vibration. I am very happy with this product, this will be the only engine oil I will use from now on in my motorcycle. I've put on at least 3k miles since the oil change and haven't noticed any down grade in performance or sound. Great product, highly recommended.
