I started taking these after birth when I was feeling really low on energy. After about a week or two, I did feel a difference in my mood and overall energy. I've done A LOT of research on prenatal vitamins, the amounts of each ingredient we need/baby needs, and THIS prenatal vitamin fits the bill perfectly. So perfectly that I will continue taking them as a general multivitamin probably forever! All clean ingredients in one small pill is a dream for me, someone who hates taking pills and medications. Daily I take one of these along with Vital Nutrients Magnesium (Glycinate & Malate mix) for better sleep, Nexium 1-a-day clear minis for heartburn as recommended by my doctor, 1 baby aspirin also recommended by my doctor, and the ORLO algae oil supplement in place of fish oil capsules because theres no way I'm gonna have those miserable fish burps. This routine has kept me confident and healthy throughout this pregnancy! I do my research so well that even my doctors are impressed lol

I really like these vitamins. I was struggling with feeling so tired postpartum and I noticed a difference after taking these for a little bit. It also helped eliminate the need to take a separate iron pill. Definitely going to keep taking these.

It has a fishy smell. When i opened it the first time, i thought it had turned bad and the smell was unbearable. After reading other reviews, i found out that it was normal. I have been taking them from a while now, they don’t cause me any discomfort or nausea like other prenatals do that have iron in it. I started taking them after i stopped breastfeeding, and i felt extremely tired and weak. I can confirm that it helps with tiredness and i dont feel weak anymore either.
