My favorite prenatal hands down. Great energy , has helped with my morning sickness. Can take it on an empty stomach, and because it doesn't have iron it does not totally constipate. My skin is totally clear compared to others I have tried. Great value for the price too. Has everything you need in it.

I have no complaints with this prenatal. Sure, the smell & flavor isn’t great, but what encapsulated vitamin is appetizing?! The important thing is that they are easy to swallow and you only need one per day. The ingredients are also top notch and the folate is in the form of Quatrefolic Acid, which is a great benefit. Keep in mind this prenatal does not have iron or DHA. I have taken this Mommy’s Bliss prenatal multivitamin along with a separate prenatal DHA vitamin by Nordic Naturals throughout my entire pregnancy. I’ve never gotten sick or constipated from this combo. It’s not cheap, but I feel it’s worth it for the quality.
