Does the removable top ever slip or slide as you move?

My very wiggly kid who uses this for piano playing has not had any problem with the top moving or sliding :) the top/lid seems pretty well stuck in place until you actually want it to come off

The description says there are four colors (black, white, gray and pink). Where can I purchase those? Preferably gray or black.
